A message to Year 12 students from the Principal of St Paul’s
The final year of secondary school in 2020 has been one that none of us could have anticipated. For persisting in the face of unexpected adversity, I congratulate every Year 12 and wish you all well. My best wishes are extended not just to the students of St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School, but to every student leaving school. The future of our world will be influenced heavily by the decisions and actions of your generation and we wish you the best of success and fulfilment as you embark on your life beyond secondary education.
Whatever next year brings, my hope is that you feel well prepared and you are looking forward to it.
To the students of St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School, we thank and congratulate you for your outstanding contributions to our school and the many Gippsland communities from which you come. Your academic achievements, not just the outstanding individual achievements but your academic standards as an entire cohort, have been particularly noteworthy. Achieving at such a high level does not just happen magically; it is the result of an outstanding learning environment combined with a special culture of diligence and mutual care stemming from a highly cohesive, supportive peer group. The value of this should not be underestimated.
I am sure that your families are proud of you, your efforts and your achievements. I know that St Paul’s feels like a family to many of you too, so please know that your School family is equally proud and remember that you will always be a part of the St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School family.
