Buoyant Sea donates vouchers to charity advertisers
Sonya Wilkinson of Buoyant Sea Floatation Tanks and Salt Rooms in Warragul was enthusiastic about taking part in the Gazette’s recent three-week advertising feature in support of A Girls’ Day Out and Big Blokes BBQ.
Sonya understands the importance of a healthy mind and body and she endorses scientific evidence that proves the physical and mental benefits of regular floatation therapy and halo (salt) therapy. Both are simple therapies available at Buoyant Sea.
Three easy steps can get you on the right path to self-care: giving yourself permission to pause is the first step. The second step is making the time to actively take part in your chosen therapy sessions. The third step is ensuring the sessions are a regular part of your busy schedule.
The significance of self-care cannot be underestimated, especially after the year that 2020 has been. Unfortunately, many people are so busy caring for others that they overlook their own wellbeing.
Sonya chose to give three lucky advertisers the opportunity to experience single sessions in both the floatation tank and salt rooms by drawing three names from the long list of generous supporters.
Gary Blackwood MP, Baw Baw Taxis and West Gippsland Medical Clinic are the lucky prize winners, who will now be able to take time out for some self-care.
