Bricks and Bouquets

-

Big bouquet to the lovely young woman who found my phone in the Coles carpark on Wednesday, handed it to the service desk then waited until I returned to my car to let me know where it was. Thankyou very much.

Bricks and tons of them to those people who are allowing ragwort and other weeds to spread, contaminating neighbouring properties and costing them thousands of dollars. A bouquet to Agriculture Victoria for their reminder about ragwort which was in last week's Gazette. It's a shame some people ignore their messages.

Huge bouquets to all the wonderful people who supported the 3BBR-FM sausage sizzle at Bunnings Warragul recently. Your appetite and generous donations are greatly appreciated, they help to keep our community radio station on air. Bouquets also to Bunnings for providing such a prominent venue and facilities free of charge. Their assistance contributes to much needed funds for so many worthwhile local causes.

Bouquets to all the owners of the marvellous old cars that brought them to Warragul last Sunday morning. Their display was a treat, and it was great to see all the shoppers and public enjoying a sunny morning looking at these fine machines in the heart of our town.

Due to COVID restrictions and "customer limits" surely a couple of seats. could be set up for the sick, elderly and disabled who have to wait for long periods outside for appointments. Standing outside with a walking stick is not fun.

A whopping big brick bat to the driver of a small red car dumping rubbish last Thursday evening on the side of Neerim East Rd, Neerim South. Shame on you. .

Bouquet to the couple at Woolworths late Saturday afternoon who paid for an elderly woman’s groceries.
