25+ Years of Trust

-

What has over two decades in construction taught Kubale Constructions that you can’t learn overnight?

In his speech at the company’s 25th anniversary celebration, company founder Tim Kubale explained they’ve learnt the value of honest and mutually beneficial relationships, and the importance of delivering on your word.

The team at Kubale Constructions celebrated a 1/4 century of business in Gippsland last week at Middels in Drouin.

Surrounded by customers, colleagues, staff, industry and friends, Tim and co-founder Cath Kubale thanked guests and shared stories of the challenges and opportunities they’ve faced over the past decades.

Every day, for over 25 years, this youthful team has made good decisions and remained fiercely customer focussed.

In his speech, Tim spoke passionately about his pride in employing and mentoring over 120 local people on the pathways of their careers.

Tim revealed his greatest achievement was seeing young carpentry apprentices achieve their trade qualification, with many moving on to launch their own businesses.

The strong grey and orange colours of Kubale Constructions have become one of the most recognisable symbols around our towns because their crews have built many of the local buildings we take for granted.

These include the Baw Baw Council offices, school facilities, childcare centres, commercial assets, and public infrastructure. More recently, their works have reached from Victoria’s western districts, southern NSW and into our remote bush locations.

During their celebrations, guests were treated to live entertainment, food, gifts, and a video presentation by Operations Manager Anthony Magnuson who left the audience feeling motivated and in no doubt about the company’s aspirations to grow and secure their position as one of Gippsland’s most reliable companies.
