Club Notes... Bridge
Seven pairs were available last week for bridge which meant a bye each four hands.
Results:
Michael Thorne/Chris Samplawski north/ south 5140/3040 169 per cent, Barbara Barr/ Min Weggelaar East/West 4390/2880 152 per cent, Di Crowther/Clive Ayerst north/south 3550/3140 113 per cent.
Top scorers finished in that order as well.
Last week clerical errors saw an incorrect order of placegetters.
The correct order was the roaming pair of Alan Kuipers/Ken Hutchison 4240/1800 235 per cent, Angela Larsen and Heather Cupples East/West 4490/3180 141 per cent and then Joan and Robert Coster also East/West 3040/2490 122 per cent.
This meant Emilia O'Brien/Dick Powell and Michael and Chris were relegated to fourth and fifth.
Top scorers were Angela and Heather, Alan and Ken, Michael and Chris.
Bridge returns tomorrow afternoon at the Community House, Warragul

Bushwalking
Tyers Park in the Baw Baw National Park is a regular feature on the Strzelecki Bushwalking Club walking program.
However, a recent outing there offered a more adventurous route and some fascinating discoveries.
The walk was titled Hidden Cliffs and Views of Tyers Park and it didn't disappoint the hikers who registered for a day with a difference.
The many cliffs and ridge walks traversed showcased spectacular views with overhangs and caves further down the cliffs explored and enjoyed.
The June meeting will be held at 7.30pm tomorrow at the Scout Hall in Trafalgar. The focus will be a presentation by Fran on "Hiking in Japan". Further information is available on the website at sbwc.org.au, or the Facebook page or by contacting publicity@sbwc.org.au
