A slice of paradise awaits at Warragul Crownlea

Jana Group founders John and Gloria Castle have always called Warragul home, it is where they raised their family and John refers to this slice of West Gippsland as paradise. Over the years, their resourceful and enterprising nature has helped shape the Warragul township.

For over 50 years the Jana

Group has delivered expertise in all aspects of development, from urban planning, residential estates, commercial developments, civil and building construction. John’s meticulous attention to detail and passion for the best outcomes is born from the love he has for his town.

The Jana Group is now proud to present Warragul’s newest estate, Warragul Crownlea. This masterplanned community commands the best views between Melbourne and Lakes Entrance and is centrally located amongst the rolling green hills just to the south of Warragul. The parks and reserves within Warragul Crownlea have been architecturally designed and include private lounging spaces, walking trails, gardens, play equipment and open space to kick the footy.

To celebrate the commencement of construction and after many years of planning, John and Gloria turned the first sod in a ‘Groundbreaking Ceremony‘ at Warragul Crownlea in early July. To turn the first sod John and Gloria used John’s father Allan Castle’s shovel which he brought out from Kent, England in 1912. Again, it’s all about family.

The first stages of Warragul Crownlea have sold out quickly. Don’t miss your chance to secure your slice of paradise by registering your interest at warragulcrownlea.com.au today.
