Biggest bouquet to Leanne the lactation consultant at West Gippsland Hospital for going above and beyond to help my best friend when she was suffering severe mastitis. How luck the local women of Gippsland are to have access to such a valuable service.

Thank you also for supporting and assisting with breastfeeding advice not just with newborns but throughout the mother and baby’s breastfeeding journey, however long they are blessed to do so. You are worth your weight in gold.

Bouquets to the dog walker who turned off the running hand basin tap at the Victoria St Cemetery. Thank you.

Huge bouquets to retiring Warragul North Primary School principal Corinne Collins.

Our family will miss her immaculately dressed self, her values and her no-nonsense way of dealing with any difficult situations.

Let’s hope we get someone with half her style and grace.

Bouquets to the women who regularly clean up litter from the regional college, but why is it there in the first place?

Bricks to the very rude mature aged woman loudly berating the young male staff member at the packed Telstra shop about her Apple Watch not working. It’s not his fault, he tried to calmly assist you but you wouldn’t listen. Get a life.

Well done to WGAC for obtaining the only regional Victorian performance of Peter Byrne’s “Hot August Night”, great work team. And a superb concert as well with his band, backing singer Sharon and the Australian Pops Orchestra.

Bricks to the crews working on the Princes Hwy east of Darnum each night for not removing speed reduction signs at the end of each shift very frustrating for drivers slowiing down to 60 kilometres when there are no works.
