Mental Health Awareness Month aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing.

Accessing mental health (MH) support is not always easy. Finding the right support can take time, it’s a journey. Everyone is unique, find what works for you.

In a crisis call MH Triage on 1300 363 322, or Lifeline Support on 13 11 14.
Central Clinic have GPs available who are skilled, knowledgeable and ready to help.
They can develop a MH Care Plan with you and assist with referrals.
They also host the Head to Health (H2H) Baw Baw Hub.

Online self-help resources can provide information, guidance and activities around anxiety, depression, stress, sleep and loss.

Telehealth Support can make receiving support quicker than waiting for face to face.
