Top-of-the-table tussle ends in draw

THE top of the table clash at under 16 level lived up to expectations, with Neerim-Neerim South and Trafalgar playing out a draw.

The Cats would no doubt be ruing some missed opportunities as scores were locked on 37 at the final siren, Trafalgar 5-7 to Neerim-Neerim South's 4-13.

ELLINBANK were big winners over Longwarry, 11-9 (75) to 2-4 (16).

LANG LANG easily accounted for Poowong. The damage could have been greater if it had not been for some inaccuracy, the Tigers booting 9-20 (74) to 3-2 (20).

Robi Nooy, Jaeden Ward, Blake Lyon, Xavier Azzato, Jack Stockx and Jarrad Francome led the way for the Tigers.
