Adroit Proctor Insurance have long been established as the local insurance provider of choice in the West Gippsland area.

Originally established in Yarragon by Jeff Proctor as Trickey and Proctor, the business serviced the local area for over 40 years and continues to be a key insurance services provider and risk advisor.

Recently the business became part of Austbrokers Countrywide Insurance Brokers in order to expand its offering and quality service.

Proud of its local heritage and standing in the business community, Austbrokers Countrywide will continue to operate from Bank Place in Drouin and its new office in Leongatha to offer risk and insurance solutions across its expanding client base throughout Gippsland.

Renee Hunter, Gippsland Manager, looks positively towards the future. “This is a logical step forward for the business which will enjoy added scale and broader expertise as part of Austbrokers Countrywide”.

Our existing and future clients will benefit from improved service and personalised claims advocacy via our dedicated claims team.

It will also allow us to strengthen our support to local communities, including our sponsorships of Drouin and Poowong Football & Netball Clubs, Baw Baw Budgerigar Society and local representative teams.

We will have the advantage of being part of a large privately run Victorian business, but remain passionately local.”

The improved business cements Austbrokers Countrywide as the leading expert in the local insurance broking industry, with trusted advisors and tailored products to ensure clients are protected from unexpected risks now and into the future.
