LUXURY three-bedroom apartments have been launched at the Marina Concourse development.

Sunland Group’s new offerings include 155sq m apartments priced at $799,000. With more than 10 sold since the launch last week, the apartments are popular for their design which spans across the entire width of the twin low-rise buildings, offering north facing waterfront views overlooking the Royal Pines Marina and golf course.

Managing director Sahba Abedian said the apartments had been designed to suit buyers with a taste for finer style.

“Sunland’s portfolio is designed specifically for the owner-occupier market, which puts it in a distinctive class of its own,” Mr Abedian said.

“The large living areas, ample storage, and high quality craftsmanship and premium locations are sought after by these buyers.

“At Marina Concourse, our three-bedroom collection presents some of the largest new waterfront apartments on the Gold Coast, providing two bathrooms, a guest powder room and open plan living, dining and outdoor entertaining spaces.

“High ceilings and full-height windows allow access to stunning views from every angle while at the marina level.”

To be completed in mid-2018, the $82million Marina Concourse precinct will feature twin low-rise apartment buildings overlooking the marina, new retail and dining amenity, landscaped gardens, a swim school, and Sunland Group’s Gold Coast offices.
