LUXURY finishes and a top location. That’s the formula Morris Property Group has taken with its latest development Opus.

The $115 million Broadbeach tower will be officially released to the market next Saturday, June 17.

Knight Frank director, head of project marketing, residential Queensland Chris Litfin said Opus, at 16-18 Chelsea Ave, would include 113 high-end residences.

Mr Litfin said Opus offered a wide variety of apartment types. These include two and threebedroom apartments as well as some with spacious family rooms.

“The Opus site offers the best of all worlds – highly sought after northern aspect, amazing outlook to the Pacific Ocean and views of the city lights at Surfers Paradise.”

He said Morris Property Group had a strong track record with premium residential developments on the Gold Coast.

“Their previous up-market developments include projects like Ivory and Element at Burleigh Beach and Eclipse on the Broadbeach beachfront,” he said.

“Broadbeach is widely regarded as the location of choice and securing a position is getting harder for those looking for quality apartments.

“We expect Opus Broadbeach to be highly sought after.”

Two-bedroom apartments start at $559,000 and range in size from 96sq m to 126sq m while the 449sq m penthouse is for $4.999 million.
