Luxury golf course living has never been more achievable with Fairview Residences

- WORDS ALEISHA PIDGEON

FAIRVIEW Residences will rise at one of Australia’s most prestigious resort golf courses, The Glades.

Rawcorp’s seven-level Robina development made up of 76 apartments was revealed at the Australian Property Expo last weekend where three deposits were taken on the pre-release apartments along with more than 20 registrations of interest.

Fairview will be built on a 2865sq m site at Glades Drive, Robina and will include a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments with a roof terrace, pool and gym. It is next to the Glades Country club and Viva Cafe and Bar.

Marketing Projects SEQ managing director Kyia Anderson has been appointed to market the apartments and said the level of interest reinforced the demand for high quality, competitively priced property in Robina.

“The apartments offer a sound investment opportunity for investors looking for property in a popular area, with easy access to public transport, education facilities and lifestyle amenities. Fairview is also highly appealing to owner-occupiers looking to downsize or get into their first property.”

Fairview is Rawcorp’s second development released at The Glades since November. Rawcorp special projects manager Dan Rogers said Robina had a strong history of investment performance and growth, and with significant development both planned and under way, along with population growth projected over the coming years, the outlook for prospective buyers was positive.

Apartments start at $399,000.
