Apartments ideal for buyers who like to think big

There is strong demand for the spacious luxury apartments in the IVY 95 tower at Broadbeach with sales of more than $3.7m within just seven days

INTEREST in Broadbeach apartment project IVY 95 is great with $3.74 million worth of sales in just one week.

Work on the 51-apartment eight-level tower kicked off this month, with the project being developed by Dankav and designed by BDA Architects.

Ray White Projects managing director Julian Sutherland said Gold Coasters and downsizers were the biggest groups of buyers with 31 residences already sold.

“They’re seeking quality large lifestyle apartments in a residential building with low strata body corporate while still providing facilities, security and storage,” he said.

The latest sales include a penthouse, ($2.18 million) and two apartments that have been joined ($1.56 million).

Ray White project sales manager Dean Muldoon said buyer demand had led to the developer designing an amalgamation option for those seeking “extra large apartments”.

The apartment tower, on the corner of Old Burleigh Rd and Second Ave, includes a business lounge for formal gatherings and a rooftop garden.

The one, two and three-bedroom apartments all include a car park.

Interiors feature imported marble, large-format limestone tiles and Miele appliances. Prices start from $599,000.

Building construction is due to be complete in mid 2018.
