“The sunshine brought us to the Gold Coast and since buying here, the city has been our top travel destination for 10 wonderful years,” Mr Gordon said. “Travelling here so much is probably the reason why our daughter moved to Queensland.”

“We gave it our personal touch so it would suit our family and lifestyle,” the father-ofthree said.

“It was just the little things like adding in a bigger shower and having the media room closer to the kitchen.”
Mr Gordon, a technology entrepreneur, said his favourite feature was the soaring ceilings. “We hunted for a bigger place for a while but there was nothing quite like this place,” he said. “The ceilings are very high, which is what I think makes it stand out from every apartment we’ve been in.
