Nature key to design

Expect a rush for the latest collection of terrace homes in Pimpama’s The Heights

- WORDS ALEISHA DAWSON

ARBOUR Residences is the latest housing collection at Pimpama master planned community The Heights.

Sunland Group is behind the development, which features 113 contemporary terrace homes. Prices start from $414,000 for a threebedroom, two-bathroom terrace home.

Managing director Sahba Abedian said the natural beauty of Arbour Residences was enhanced by parks and open spaces, intertwined with garden arbour settings.

“This beautiful collection of parkland terrace homes adjoins an expansive conservation corridor which can never be built out,” he said.

“Homes present a selection of contemporary open-plan designs featuring living, dining and entertaining spaces, three bedrooms, bathroom, master ensuite and powder room.

“The level of design detail within every home extends into the surrounding community so that every aspect of living forms part of a larger, harmonious balance.”

Mr Abedian said urban design and extensive landscaping had been cleverly used to provide privacy and create beautiful spaces for residents to enjoy.

Mr Abedian said Arbour Residences would appeal to first-home buyers and families seeking to embrace the community’s parkland environment.

All homes feature front and rear landscaping, driveway, fencing and access to community amenities including local parks and nature trails.
