Putting together a development that matches this stunning location is no easy task but Pacific Palm Beach manages to pull it off

A LUXURY development offering stunning ocean views has hit the market at Palm Beach.

Pacific Palm Beach, on Twenty-Third Ave, is the latest Gold Coast project by Brisbanebased developers Synergy Property Partners.

The development includes 13 half-floor residences ranging from 230sq m to 239sq m as well as a double-storey beach house and 665sq m penthouse with its own rooftop terrace.

Kollosche Prestige Agents’ Jamie-Lee Edwards said the developers had raised the bar of high-end beachfront apartment living while meeting the demand of owneroccupiers craving a beachfront lifestyle in Palm Beach. “Pacific Palm Beach edges the sands of the Gold Coast’s most in-demand suburb and is within walking distance to a host of renowned eateries and lifestyle meccas,” she said.

“Pacific makes it easy for its residents to slot right into the vibrant beach community at its doorsteps,” she said.

Designed by architects Plus Architecture, the development offers high-end finishes across every level.

“Elegance, style, practicality and comfort are highlighted throughout each fluid apartment where open-plan living blur the lines between inside and out,” Ms Edwards said. “There is a great sense of height and lightness, making the most of the uninterrupted panoramic views. Pacific has a cool elegance about it.”

Synergy Property Partners are targeting owner-occupiers wanting prestigious living in a boutique, residential-only building.

“We envision strong local interest,” Ms Edwards said.

Palm Beach emerged as one of the Gold Coast’s newest hot spots two years ago.

New mansions, developments, restaurants and people are flowing into the suburb, throwing off its old reputation to become a funky and edgy locale.

Property prices have also surged in recent years.
