The grand master plan for an over 50s lifestyle resort in Upper Coomera has been unveiled

- WORDS ANNA RAWLINGS

IF you’re after a luxurious over 50s lifestyle, look no further than Seachange Riverside Coomera.

There were a few extra announcements by developer Pradella Property Ventures at the masterplan launch earlier this week.

“We are now fully DA approved, the site comprises of two sites and the second has just been fully approved,” said Pradella director of sales and marketing Alex McMahon.

Residents will also enjoy direct boating access via a pontoon and boat ramp to the Coomera River.

“This will be one of a kind, there are other developments on water but no-one has direct boating access,” Mr McMahon said.

“About 40 per cent of our population will still work, the average age is 65 and just because they are downsizing doesn’t mean they are giving up lifestyle, so we are expecting to see plenty of people turning up with tinnies.”

When completed, the gated estate will feature 124 homes and facilities including a five-star country club and river house, library, cinema, lounge, bowls green, gym, art studio, men’s shed, and bar.

It will be the third Seachange property in Pradella Property Venture’s portfolio.

Seachange Riverside Coomera offers a range of two and three bedroom home designs priced from $459,000-$749,000.
