Residents set to move in

The first homes at new Terranora estate Altitude Aspire are under construction

BUILDING is underway on the first homes in Newland Developers’ masterplanned estate Altitude Aspire at Terranora, following the release of titles for the soldout stage one.

Altitude Aspire is a new home estate on an elevated 37ha site off Fraser Drive in Terranora, in the Tweed Shire.

Sales agent Lance Cotterill said construction activity was expected to ramp up over the next few months.

“With titles settled and building started in stage one, and stage two already sold out, there is plenty of excitement about the progress of this development, with lots of interest from a broad range of home buyers,” he said.

“A house build usually takes about six to eight months, so we’re hoping to see the first new residents of Altitude Aspire start moving in before the end of the year.

“We recently released another 24 lots in stage three with 60 per cent already sold to a diverse range of local buyers looking to upgrade their homes and having chosen Altitude Aspire for its location, value and overall quality.

He said Altitude Aspire was in an ideal location for people wanting to build a new home in a quality estate with proximity to beaches, restaurants, schools, sporting facilities, clubs and medical centres.

“With the current interest rates being kept at an all-time low, the time is right for home buyers to build a new designer house in the sought-after area of Terranora,” he said.

Newland Developers general manager Stuart Campbell said a variety of home designs were available to build at Altitude Aspire.

He said with building covenants in place, buyers had peace of mind knowing the security of building controls would maintain the quality of homes.

“The elevated topography of the land and larger lots sizes at Altitude Aspire allows some blocks for purchasers to build a substantial, quality home that takes in the views from the hinterland to the coast.”

Prices for stage three range from $340,000 to $380,000.
