BUYERS haven snapped up more than $9 million worth of homes in stage three of Vue Terrace Homes since the pre-release hit the market earlier this month.

Robina Group has launched a penultimate stage pre-release which includes 44 two-level terrace homes priced from $599,000.

More than $90 million of homes have already sold at Vue Terrace Homes, on East Lane.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said the residences in stage two had been snapped up quickly, prompting the launch of the new collection to satisfy a waiting list of buyers. “Vue Terrace Homes provides a unique opportunity to purchase an architecturally-designed and low maintenance urban property in the heart of Gold Coast City,” she said.

“All residences at Vue Terrace Homes are three bedrooms, plus a media room, across two levels with a choice of quality interior schemes and award-winning floor plans to suit a range of buyers.

“Residents can enjoy access to exclusive leisure facilities including a pool, barbecue area and relaxation zones within the gated community, which is surrounded by the 17ha Robina City Parklands.”

The launch of the third stage comes as building contractor, Hutchinson Builders, ramps up work on the community, with the first residents set to move in early next year.

The display centre is open seven days.
