JOHN and Lynne Street built their fivebedroom home at 4832 The Parkway, Sanctuary Cove 10 years ago.

Before they bought the site, they had lived in another property across the road, so when the block became available they sold and started to build their new home.

“We loved the view, location and north facing section,’’ Mrs Street said.

The home was built by Eric Roth and interior designed by his daughter Jessica.

It worked out just as the Streets hoped and Mrs Street said one of her favourite parts of the home to spend time in was the patio area, which had a barbecue and was a great spot for outdoor living.

Inside the home, all five bedrooms have ensuites and there is also a powder room.

The house was built on a north facing 864sq m double block of land, which overlooks the lakes and fairways of The Palms Golf Course.
