ROBINA’S $170 million Vue Terrace Homes is taking shape, with buyers already investing more than $91 million in the community.

Hutchinson Builders started construction of the project in March, with frames for homes in the first two stages now going up.

More than $10 million of homes in the penultimate third stage have sold since being launched in June, with stages one and two nearly sold-out ahead of completion.

Hutchinson Builders Gold Coast manager Paul Hart said the project, on East Lane, was a hive of activity.

“Our team has started to erect the first roofs and this month we will begin interior works, including plastering and joinery,” he said.

All homes in the 6ha gated community feature three bedroom, media room and a second multi-use living area.

The Vue community is set at the gateway to Robina City Parklands, which is set to start a multimillion-dollar transformation this year to become Gold Coast City’s own “Central Park”, complete with fishing platforms, event stages, walking trails and playgrounds.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said Vue Terrace Homes was brought to market to fulfil strong demand for terrace homes in Robina.

“Vue features high-quality homes to meet demand in this fast-growing region, with Robina’s population predicted to treble and its workforce to double by 2050,” she said.

The first Vue Terrace Homes will be completed in early 2019, with stage two expected to be delivered shortly after.

A sales and display centre is open every day on the corner of East Lane and Stadium Drive.

Residences start from $599,000.
