THE Rayjon Group is paving the way for construction to start on the latest stage at Vantage — Dawn — which has notched up more than $40 million in sales.

GCB Constructions has been awarded the contract on the fourth building of the $200 million master planned community at Benowa

Knight Frank Queensland head of project marketing Chris Litfin said Vantage was a modern urban village that appealed to a mix of downsizers and first home buyers, with numerous sales in the latest stage made to existing residents and many driven by referral.

“A number of residents who purchased in the early stages, who love the Vantage lifestyle, have now purchased in the latest stage, emphasising the long-term appeal of the village,” he said.

“Others have introduced friends and family, who are now looking forward to becoming part of the community.”

Dawn includes 113 two and threebedroom apartments, over 15 levels.

The contemporary apartments feature spectacular views including the Vantage parkland, the Royal Pines golf courses, the skyline and Hinterland.

The apartments boast modern kitchens and bathrooms, high end finishes and appliances, storage space and ducted airconditioning.

“Purchasers are able to see the quality of a completed apartment first hand, along with all the facilities and local lifestyle amenities which have been built upfront,” Mr Litfin said.

More than 70 per cent of Vantage’s 2ha Ross St site, is dedicated to landscaped, open space, providing a “botanical gardens” feel.

Remaining two-bedroom apartments range from 118sq m to 143sq m and start from $495,000.
