Twin houses, different styles

They look completely different both inside and out but you will think you are seeing double when you look at the floorplans

THEY were made by the same builder and have the same floorplan but two neighbouring Benowa Waters houses look completely different inside and out.

Dominee Gessner and Ben Rochford built the duplexes on Edinburgh Rd through their award-winning company Tidal Constructions.

No expense has been spared in their design and construction.

Ms Gessner said one is contemporary while the other embraces the Hamptons style. “We just wanted to try and make them as different as possible so the people who purchased them felt like they had their own individual homes,” she said. “We really tried to keep them on style.” The two-storey properties both have four bedrooms, an open kitchen, living and dining area, deck and pool.

Both also have a number of standout features, many of which have been designed specifically for them.

Ms Gessner said the concrete stairs in the modern house were custom built while the Hamptons house had custom marble tiles.

She said they both had “a lot of wow factor”, especially in their finishes.

Both properties will go under the hammer on Sunday, February 10.
