Buyers flock to Cerulean
Owner occupiers are making the most of a new 16-level boutique apartment development, which is being built at Main Beach
A 16-level boutique development, just a block away from Tedder Ave, is perfect for buyers looking for a stress-free lifestyle.
Developed by CityVest, the Cerulean project is the first residential tower to be built in Main Beach in more than 10 years.
Constructed by Hutchinson Builders, the development is expected to be finished in mid 2020. It features 29 north facing threebedroom apartments. More than half of the apartments have sold so far.
The remainder of the luxury two-per-floor residences are selling from $1.275 million and the penthouse is priced at $3.95 million. Colliers International director of residential David Higgins, who is marketing the project, said they had been selling to owner occupiers primarily from the immediate Main Beach area looking for a new home and a stress-free lifestyle while staying in the area they love.
Other buyers have been Brisbane homeowners looking to secure a piece of Main Beach.
“Most are motivated by the fact that Cerulean represents excellent value in one of the Gold Coast’s most sought after suburbs,” Mr Higgins said. The three-bedroom residences include expansive floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, 2.65m ceilings, two and three deluxe bathrooms and generous master suites with walk-in robes.
To maximise the ocean or river views, the living areas open onto expansive balconies with ocean breezes. Each apartment comes with secure private basement parking for two vehicles side-by-side. The landscaped podium pool deck on level two has an outdoor lounge and gym as well as barbecue facilities, all overlooking the private pool.
