Modern inside and out
Clever designs paired with modern fixtures and fittings characterise a contemporary collection of terrace homes at Arundel Springs
LARGE internal spaces, quality finishes and useful outdoor entertainment areas are luring buyers to the newly released Arundel Springs Residences.
Six buyers have already snapped up residences in the boutique terrace home development by Villa World.
The project will have 87 terrace homes once finished, 15 of which were launched in its first stage last year.
Villa World sales and marketing general manager Robyn Valmadre said of the three different terrace home designs available in the project, two options were available in stage one.
All of the two-storey terrace homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, although layouts differ slightly.
“Everyone who has looked through or committed to the project really loves the finishes,” Ms Valmadre said.
“They are very modern and contemporary designs and have very spacious open living areas. The residences are unlike anything else in Arundel Springs.
“Buyers have also loved that the residences are so close to the light rail and allow quick access to the M1.
“We are getting a lot of people who need to commute looking at what is on offer.”
The residences, which are priced from $490,000, have so far appealed to first home buyers and downsizers.
The contemporary collection of terrace homes have been specifically designed to fit in with the parkland setting.
Villa World assessed customer feedback in great detail before designing the homes featured in the collection.
Each of the designs has open-plan living and dining spaces and a covered alfresco entertainment area as well as a multi-purpose room.
Two of the residences have already been built to be used as displays of the different floorplans.
Stage one of the project should be ready for settlement in June.
“The project is fully turn key, buyers don’t need to do anything other than move their furniture in,” Ms Valmadre said.
“Each residence has screens and blinds, ducted airconditioning and there are natural gas appliances.”
The kitchen has a dishwasher, Westinghouse appliances, gas cooking and stone benchtops.
One of the layouts also includes a walkthrough pantry.
“The alfresco area faces the park and gives a strong sense of privacy, and all yards are fenced,” Ms Valmadre said.
“They are very contemporary and very modern looking.
“There are ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms, and the homes are tiled downstairs with timber staircases and carpeted upstairs.
“This is a boutique development so there are not hundreds of them.”
The development will also have an onsite manager and barbecue facilities for the residents. Arundel Springs is on the fringe of the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area and 13km from Gold Coast beaches.
It is within a 500m walk of the Parkwood Light Rail Station and 900m from Arundel Plaza. For more information, call 1800 874 877 or visit the sales display at 2 Vale Drive, Arundel.
