The contemporary home has a main river position and offers unparalleled views of the city skyline. It was built four years ago and designed by renowned architect Adam Beck of BDA Architects.

Marketing agent Jordan Williams, of JW Prestige Agents, said the mansion was a “modern, industrial masterpiece.”

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer outlooks to the pool area and river views that lie just beyond.

The floorplan then opens to the main living area with a sleek kitchen, dining room and a cosy living room, which sits under a double-height ceiling with feature pendant lighting. A fireplace within a cobblestoned feature wall adds to the ambience of this zone, as does the glass encased, 2000-bottle wine cellar, which is temperature controlled.
