CONSTRUCTION on the latest stage of a $200 million community in Benowa is well under way, with 70 per cent of the building sold.

More than $51 million in sales have been notched in Dawn, which is the fourth building in Rayjon Group’s Vantage community.

GCB Constructions has finished the second podium on level one.

The building is expected to be finished in the second half of next year.

Jennifer and Fraser Leith have already settled into the community after moving into one of the rare rental apartments in the second building, Eve.

The empty nesters bought a two-bedroom apartment in the Dawn building off-the-plan but decided to rent while it was being built so they could ease into apartment living after selling their four-bedroom house.

“It’s a huge transition moving from the big family home into an apartment but having the opportunity to rent in the same community in which we’ve bought has been such a blessing,” Mrs Leith said.

“We have never owned a brand new house or apartment so it’s exciting to be able to witness the daily progress as our new apartment becomes a reality.”

Rayjon Group general manager Tyneal Dodds said the apartments were designed for owner occupiers with no compromise on space, storage or liveability.

“Dawn features 113 oversized twobedroom apartments over 15 levels with prices starting from $520,000,” she said.

“Each apartment includes premium finishes, magnificent views and secure basement carparking with two car parks.”

The display apartment is open daily from 10am to 3pm.
