Perched at the top of a mountain stands a renovated home with stylish interiors that enhance its impressive surrounds

“With a background in design and development we have resculpted the property over the last 18 months to accommodate extended family and fulfil our wonderful Gold Coast lifestyle. I knew combining coastal and rolling mountain views was rare this close to the city.”

Mr Humphries said nothing was left untouched in their mission to create a modern, open-home that “encompasses the Gold Coast and Hinterland from all angles”.

“The best part about renovating is being able to create a modern family home with your own vision and lifestyle in mind,” he said. “Changing family circumstances however have been the decider in this reluctant sale.
