A $4.5 MILLION full-floor penthouse has hit the market with the lucky buyer able to create the home of their dreams.

The skyhome is on the 25th storey of Encore Broadbeach, the project by developer Andrews Projects under construction at 36-38 Britannia Ave, which is expected to be completed late next year.
