If customising a penthouse has been a lifelong dream, Encore Broadbeach is giving you the chance to turn it into a reality

A $4.5 MILLION full-floor penthouse has hit the market with the lucky buyer able to create the home of their dreams.

The skyhome is on the 25th storey of Encore Broadbeach, the project by developer Andrews Projects under construction at 36-38 Britannia Ave, which is expected to be completed late next year.

The family-run developer will partner with the eventual buyer to customise the floorplan and interior design of the penthouse to suit their personal needs and wants.

Andrews Projects sales manager Sarah Andrews said it was a unique opportunity to secure the 25th floor in a boutique building.

“This includes configuring bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces, with the final design only limited by their imaginations,” Ms Andrews said.

“When someone is spending $4.5 million on an apartment, they have a firm idea of what they want and we will listen to them to ensure they get it at Encore Broadbeach.

“Whether it’s five bedrooms boasting ensuites and walk-in robes, multiple entertaining areas or a wine cellar to die for, our architects and interior designers will work closely with the buyer to ensure we deliver their dream apartment.”

Ms Andrews said buyer interest had been mostly from owner-occupiers and locals who wanted to customise a home to suit their needs.

“With the penthouse featuring 400sq m of space across the entire top level of Encore Broadbeach, our team of experts is only limited by the buyer’s brief, budget and imagination,” she said.

Ms Andrews said the penthouse purchase would also guarantee 360-degree views, ceilings that apex to 6m high, four car parks and VIP priority lift access.

“An opportunity like this doesn’t come along every day so we are expecting a lot of interest from people who have yearned to live in a penthouse they could truly call their own,” she said.

“We negotiated a similar custom-build of the penthouse at our Vue Broadbeach tower, which is due to be completed in First Ave later this year and we are now fitting out the apartment to make the buyer’s vision a reality.”

The $78 million Encore Broadbeach will feature 84 apartments. They will feature ocean and city skyline views while floor-toceiling double- glazed windows will wrap the entire building.

Two and three-bedroom ocean view apartments are now selling from $599,000.
