The third and final release of lots has hit the market at a Helensvale community

VILLAWOOD Properties’ final stage of their $500 million community, The Surrounds, has been released to the market.

The development is now more than 50 per cent sold and high demand has pushed forward the launch of more lots.

More than 300 homeowners have purchased sites in the first two stages, with the third stage offering some of the most premium parcels available.

The Botanic Release, the first part of stage three, almost sold out on the first weekend of the release and pushed forward the launch of the Emerald Release which comprises 34 lots priced from $309,900.

Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams said buyers were recognising the rare opportunity to secure premium parcels of land as supply on the Gold Coast became more scarce.

“The final stage of The Surrounds comes at an ideal time with the jewel in the development’s crown, the $4 million leisure centre, now complete offering residents a place to meet, get active and relax,” he said.

“The Emerald Release enjoys a prime location on the eastern boundary bordered by the Coombabah Park Reserve. The home sites offer proximity to both the leisure centre and Central Park — two highly sought-after amenities within The Surrounds.

“To date, we have experienced high demand from a range of buyers including retirees, professionals and growing families, along with first-home buyers who have accounted for 35 per cent of sales at The Surrounds in the past year.”
