Return to roots for developer

Villa World is back in the building game and has marked its return with 22 new homes

- WORDS MIKAELA DAY

TEN new designer homes have been constructed at Villa World’s $300 million Arundel Springs community.

The stylish three and four-bedroom pads mark the national developer’s return to home building on the Gold Coast after their last project was completed three years ago. A further 12 properties are on the way. Villa World previously only developed land at Arundel Springs, but their new terrace homes and houses allowed buyers to secure an all-in-one package.

Kevin Morse said it was fitting for Villa World to make a return to building at its Gold Coast community.

“The Gold Coast is home for Villa World so it comes as no surprise that we’d return to building in the city where it all began for us,” Mr Morse said.

“These homes will offer the quality and craftsmanship Villa World has become renowned for all at affordable price points and with the added benefit of one contract.

“We want to make the whole process as enjoyable as possible so we only ask for one deposit, one final payment and one contract, which really takes the stress off the buyer.”

The homes will feature open-plan living, landscaped outdoor entertainment areas, ducted airconditioning, stone benchtops, quality stainless-steel kitchen appliances and double garages. Prices start at $607,000.

“Given the quality of the homes themselves, the ease of purchase and the great facilities on offer we expect this release of 10 homes to continue the strong sales momentum we’ve experienced to date,” Mr Morse said. A display suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm on Greenacre Drive, Arundel.
