Convenient and affordable

A new land release of eight blocks is set to help with demand in Upper Coomera

-

HOUSE hunters are heading to Upper Coomera to make the most of the convenient location between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and affordable property prices.

Strong buyer appetite in the area has continued to drive house and land sales across the suburb and Gold Coast developer Bos Property is set to help even the demand and supply by releasing their latest project.

Clarence Heights comprises eight large home sites off Erskine St and follows the developer’s previous forays in Upper Coomera with luxury townhouses.

Bos Property head of marketing Tyler Scott said buyers could make the most of the large lots and build their dream home on the site, which would have views that stretch as far as Surfers Paradise and the ocean.

“We already have interest from families intending to build a new home, as well as from builders keen to source sites for highend residential designs,” he said.

“Builders we trust have prepared a range of designs that would suit these allotments.

“These high-end builders in particular are chasing sites in projects like Clarence Heights that offer great views, excellent accessibility and location with all amenities nearby because they know homes in great positions are excellent investments.

“Another advantage is these elevated home sites are ready to build on now with benching and retaining walls in place.”

Mr Scott said the deep blocks each have a 25m frontage, much larger than the 15m norm for the area.

Prices for the land start at $365,000 and range from 584sq m to 1325sq m.

Council approvals are already in place and the titles are registered.
