A BOUTIQUE villa development on Hope Island’s waterfront has recorded $20 million in sales months after launching to the market.

Palladium, a $30 million project by Brisbane developer Keylin, has caught the attention of downsizers and buyers looking for low-maintenance lifestyles.

Keylin director Louis Cheung said its waterfront position and value for money were attracting buyers.

“The great thing about our villas is that they’re similar in size to a home so you get the space and freedom of a house without the pricing,” Mr Cheung said.

“With villa living you also get the benefits of a low-maintenance lifestyle so you can really make the most of living in such a spectacular part of the Gold Coast. “

The project at 72 Palladium Blvd has 39 luxury villas, all of which will have access to a waterfront boardwalk that leads to nearby cafes, restaurants and shops at Hope Island

Shopping Centre.

Sales and marketing director Tony Ashwin said Palladium’s convenient position in Hope Island offered buyers everything they needed at their fingertips.

“To be only moments away from great cafes, dining and shops is a real drawcard for buyers and complements a low maintenance lifestyle,” Mr Ashwin said.

The villas range in size from 173sq m to 225sq m.

They each feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a powder room and Miele or Bosch stainless steel kitchen appliances with water and golf course views. They also come with double lockup garages.

Remaining villas are priced from $579,000 to $925,000.
