PROXIMITY to the beach, convenience and lifestyle are drawing buyers to purchase at Signature Broadbeach.

The $210 million project by Melbournebased Little Projects has tapped into a strong local demand for luxury apartments in the burgeoning beachside suburb, securing buyers for 75 per cent of the 245 apartments on offer, generating in excess of $155 million.

One local couple, who were among the first to purchase in Signature, is Phil and Karen Hall.

The downsizers, who moved to Broadbeach after selling their property in Kingscliff two years ago, will soon be calling a one-bedroom apartment on the fifteenthfloor home.

Mr Hall said that it was the project’s proximity to the beach, and the convenience and lifestyle that came with living in Broadbeach, that drew them to buy at Signature.

“Before moving to Broadbeach we were always coming up on the weekends to enjoy the lifestyle on offer, from the great dinners out to morning walks along the beach.

“We’d been looking for a place to purchase for a while now and once we saw the plans for Signature, nothing else compared,” said Mr Hall.

“The range of amenities on offer, including the private lounge area, the theatre, gym and infinity pool, also played heavily into our decision to purchase here.

“The project’s design, architecture and interior, as well as the ability for us to customise aspects of the apartments, including the colour scheme, was really appealing and something that set Signature apart from other developments in the area,” he said.

Signature Broadbeach is at 12-18 Philip Ave with apartments starting from $515,000.

Construction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022.
