Construction set to kick off

Developer Clarence Property and Hutchinson Builders are putting the finishing touches on roads, landscaping, civil services and a new beachfront park in the $400 million final stage of the Casuarina Beach community.

The ground works are expected to be completed later this month.

Buyers who snapped up the final 70 beachside home sites off-the-plan last year will kick start a wave of construction, with the new home builds anticipated to commence ahead of Christmas.

The final seven beachfront lots are expected to sell for more than $1 million each when released to the market later this year.
