View hits the market

Buyers are expected to rush to new Benowa community Vantage with a mix of apartment configurations and plenty of unique offerings

THE fifth and final stage of Rayjon Group’s $200 million masterplanned Vantage community will hit the market this weekend.

The final release, View, features 120 apartments with a mix of three bedroom, two bedroom and for the first time, one bedroom apartments, spread over 15 levels.

The View apartments range from 83 sqm to 238 sqm with prices starting from $400,000.

Rayjon Group’s general manager Tyneal Dodds said it was an exciting time at the Vantage community with View on the market as building four Dawn nears completion.

“We are proud to release the final stage of this community as we begin the countdown to the completion of Dawn,” Mrs Dodds said. “View represents the ultimate apartment mix, with more configurations and plenty of unique offerings including a new aspect with views to the southern hinterland mountain range, plus butler pantries, and a private residents ‘lounge complete with a fireplace.”

Each View apartment comes complete with a large European-style kitchen, fully ducted zoned airconditioning, high ceilings, stone benchtops, Italian ILVE appliances, New Zealand wool carpets, and two secure basement car spaces.

View will also see the addition of a “backyard experience” with manicured green space with barbecue facilities.

This adds to the suite of existing Vantage community facilities.

With a limited number of apartments available in Dawn and with View now on the market, Mrs Dodds said the vibrant Benowa community had plenty to offer.

“Dawn is tracking strong with over $61 million in sales and more than 80 per cent of apartments sold presenting a fleeting opportunity for buyers looking to buy into Dawn while they still can and move into their new apartment later this year,” said Mrs Dodds.

“We are excited to launch View with three new display apartments including a three-bedroom apartment on level 11 and two-bedroom apartment on level 9, each showcasing the schemes and finishes available in View.”
