Mr Sarti then teamed up with agent Ryan Ward on the $3.85 million sale of a sixbedroom stunner on 892 sqm at 25 Buccaneer Court, which went to a Melbourne family who had earlier relocated to the Gold Coast.

Meanwhile, a Brisbane buyer paid $2.32 million for 9 Buccaneer Court in an offmarket sale, also handled by the Kollosche agent, which settled in July.

Mr Rollington also reported off-market deals on 1 Viking Court, Paradise Waters which sold to a Brisbane buyer for $2.65 million, while the vendor on that property paid $4.1 million to upgrade to a point position on 1196 sqm at 26 Viking Court.
