VICTORIA Fenton instantly fell in love with Hope Island’s Anchorage Apartments back in 2017.

So much so, she became the very first resident to live at the address.

Now as the $46 million fourth stage tops out, she’s ready to make her third move within the collective by Christmas.

Currently living in her second home at Anchorage Apartments, a two-bedroom residence in Stage 2, Ms Fenton, pictured above, will continue enjoying waterfront views as she moves into her spacious upgrade after buying a three-bedroom residence in stage 4.

Ms Fenton has been overwhelmed by the strong community Anchorage Apartments, on Sheehan Ave, has been able to foster, even becoming chairperson of the Body Corporate.

“They really look after us here at Anchorage, the unique lifestyle extends from the stunning waterfront sunrises seen from our resort-style pool and spacious bedrooms, right through to the community gardens and effort from the developers to create fortnightly events for residents,” Ms Fenton said.

“Moving to stage 4 was never a question after seeing the plans, I’ll be looking forward to spending Christmas in my luxurious new home and enjoying spectacular views across the Gold Coast for New Year’s Eve.

“I’d never be able to leave Anchorage and will continue to ‘recruit’ new residents from neighbouring projects as everyone in the Anchorage community is so friendly and supportive, even in the peak of COVID-19 the community truly stepped up to look after me as a 78-year-old.”

Ms Fenton is not the only one jumping at the chance to move into Stage 4 with the 10storey building comprising 42 two-, threeand three-bedroom plus study apartments ranging from 140 to 280 sqm attracting strong sales interest.

Sixty-five per cent of stock had sold prior to topping out last month.

Apartments offer sweeping views of the Gold Coast and feature 4m high ceilings, 44mm waterfall stone benchtops, butler’s pantry, wine fridge, limited double lockup garages, electric car charging stations and 30 sqm balconies.

Remaining apartments in the fourth stage start from $700,000,

Resident amenities include an entire hectare of garden and open space, a sports gym and a 25m lap pool. There is also a communal vegetable garden and car washing bay as well as 15m private marina berths.
