AN Ibiza-inspired beach pad in Burleigh Heads has been voted the 2020 People’s Choice recipient at the Master Builders Queensland Housing & Construction Awards announced last night.

Bajo El Sol by PJH Constructions (main image) was a runaway favourite, attracting thousands of votes to top off a stellar year for the Burleigh Waters-based builder.

PJH Construction’s work on Bajo El Sol project won them the Individual Home ($951,000 – $1.25 million) category at the Master Builders Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards in July, where director Paul Harms also received the Ron McMaster Memorial Award for Excellence in Craftsmanship.

The Master Builders Queensland Housing & Construction Awards recognise the state’s finest builders across 58 categories.

Among other Gold Coast winners, JB Pool Construction took out the prize for Best Residential Swimming Pool for their Bayview Walk project in Sanctuary Cove (left image).
