FOUR years after it launched, the final nine lots at a luxury Hope Island residential development are about to hit the market.

It comes after the sellout of the Park Cove Eastern Villas section of the Park Cove project, which is being developed by the Keylin Group.

The final nine lots will complete the collection of 80 villas, 31 parkside terraces and 16 waterfront homes within the community.

Keylin Group managing director Louis Cheung said lots within the gated community had been in “high demand”.

“The site was originally approved for 112 apartments however we significantly reduced the development plans to maintain a low density feeling throughout the community,” Mr Cheung said.

Keylin Group is also contributing to the development of the adjacent Sickle Park, lodging plans with the Gold Coast City Council earlier this year for the development of terrace seating overlooking the canal, public parking spaces, new barbecue and picnic shelters as well as road and stormwater drainage upgrades.

Work on the park is expected to be completed in the second quarter of next year.

In the final release, each block will offer deepwater marina berths, giving residents direct, bridge-free access to the Gold Coast waterways.

Buyers can purchase land only and select a builder of their choice, or purchase a house and land package through Brookhaven Homes.

The project is being marketed by Ashwin

Property.

The nine lots, including marina berths, are priced from $459,000 and will range in size from 400 sqm to 471 sqm.

Ashwin Property director Tony Ashwin said Hope Island was a “coming of age precinct” with a range of great lifestyle and recreational offerings.

“The Park Cove community allows residents to tap into a lifestyle where everything they need is right at their fingertips,” he said.

The lots will neighbour over three hectares of parkland space and are a short distance from retail, recreational and lifestyle facilities, including the Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island Resorts, world renowned golf courses and the Hope Island Market Place.

Resident-only amenities include an outdoor leisure and entertainment area with picnic, pool and barbecue facilities.

A range of infrastructure is also currently underway including the development of the Coomera Connector, which will offer improved connectivity and accessibility to Brisbane and Broadbeach, with the Cross River Rail project to take 15 minutes off the trip to Brisbane.
