Building to begin after land sells out

-

LOTS in the $33 million Gallery estate on Hope Island have sold out after buyers rushed to secure a piece of ever more scarce waterfront land on the Gold Coast.

Located within the Links Hope Island Resort, The Gallery estate emerged at a time when demand for luxury waterfront properties skyrocketed in the booming North Shore precinct.

The 46 lots comprised golf course, lakefront and parkside home sites priced from $720,000 on the golf course, rising to more than $1 million for larger blocks.

Developer GH Australia is now set to start construction on 26 luxury villas located close to the golf club.

“We attracted quite a diverse buyer market, with everything from local downsizers to interstate sea-change seekers and young families all wanting that superior standard of living in what is a stunning location,” said The Gallery’s sales and marketing consultant Tony Hymus.

“It’s becoming increasingly rare to find good value land on the Gold Coast given how much of a boom the market is experiencing, let alone ones that are immersed in such lush, sprawling surrounds.”

Mr Hymus said residents would have the best of Hope Island’s facilities on their doorstep, including access to Links Hope Island Golf Club and its first-class amenities.

Buyers can build a private and secluded residence located near to the $65 million Hope Island Market Place, the M1, and a raft of other amenities.

The Links Hope Island is undergoing a multimillion-dollar transformation into a contemporary community that will include a dedicated new golf hole, state-of-the-art golf academy, and a lifestyle precinct with a day spa and restaurant.
