The Jewel in Coast’s crown
SEVEN display apartments are giving buyers a look at the luxurious bespoke style of Jewel Private Residences at the iconic $1.5bn five-star hotel and residential precinct Jewel.
The display apartments, which range in size, are located across Tower 1, Jewel’s northern residential tower which showcases the Sapphire Collection ranging in price from $800,000 to $6.5m.
“Jewel Private Residences is a unique opportunity, so we have provided seven different apartments to showcase a diverse mix of buyers looking for either an owneroccupier residence, holiday home or high performing investment property with strong rental returns,” Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said.
“Our goal for the display apartments was to demonstrate the broad range of floorplans available to show buyers how they can look styled with designer furnishings.
“To be able to step inside the various apartments and see the high-quality interiors, spacious balconies and breathtaking views is of huge benefit to apartment buyers.”
Australian investment and development company AW Holding Group partnered with The Langham, Gold Coast to create the five-star hotel and residential precinct Jewel to take advantage of the beachfront location.
AW Holding Group sales and marketing director Yutao Li said the new display apartments opened the door for buyers to fully understand the extent of the five-star residential offering available at Jewel Private Residences.
All apartments released to the market in the Sapphire Collection, including the display apartments, are available for buyers to take immediate ownership, with the option to purchase a furniture package.
The completed Jewel is an iconic landmark development at 36 Old Burleigh Rd, Surfers Paradise.
