“They just used the helipad and were flying backwards and forwards to take some of their shots,” Mr Harris said.

“At the time I had to be quiet and I wasn’t allowed to say anything.”

Mr Harris is heavily involved in the aviation industry and has helicopter and general aviation licences.

With his wife, he has flown around Australia and the US. Four-bedroom, two-bathroom house; offers over $599,000 Located in the Crestwood Heights estate, this spacious family home boasts several entertaining spaces and proximity to Griffith University and major motorways.

In 2002 he decided he wanted a private airstrip and bought a 16ha property in the Byron Bay Hinterland.

“I used to be in Ballina and I decided, ‘why not buy another farm and have my own airstrip?’,” Mr Harris said.

The couple spent “millions” creating their dream home, Paperbark, in Knockrow, 20 min- utes from Byron Bay. The residence has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus a pool, spa and pavilion.
