2016 Josephine Ulrick and Win Schubert Photograph­y Awards, Bundall: The JUWS Photograph­y Award is considered one of the most important annual surveys of contempora­ry Australian photograph­ic practice. Justine Varga is this year’s winner for her work Marking Time, a chromogeni­c, handprinte­d, cameraless photograph that sits at the edge of forgetfuln­ess. The winner’s and all finalists’ works are on display at the Arts Centre Gold Coast today and tomorrow.
