Diet queens’ bitter battle

A BITTER legal battle between Gold Coast diet queen Emily Anderson and her arch rival’s husband is set for trial in the Supreme Court next year.

Ms Anderson’s company, Emily Skye Fit, sued the husband of rival Ashy Bines, accusing Steven Evans of acting “with malice” for allegedly sending spam emails, “knowing and intending that it would damage (ESF’s) business and benefit Ashy Bines”.

Ms Anderson and Ms Bines have made fortunes selling diets, fitness tips and videos, complete with shopping lists and workout routines.
