The club has been stylishly decorated and furnished to create a welcoming atmosphere. The lower level is dedicated to gym equipment for selfdirected exercise. Upstairs you’ll find relaxing rooms for pilates, reformer pilates, yoga, meditation and stretching to engage your Zen. Across the carpark out the back you’ll find rooms with punching bags, cycle bikes and tonnes of equipment for group carpark fitness. There really is something for everyone.
