Brain training with Leonie

SELF-DESCRIBED spiritual healer Leonie McNamara has taken her years of teaching meditation, self-belief and healing on the Gold Coast and Tweed to the next step, and written a book.

Bilambil-based McNamara says putting 15 years of experience down on paper took two years, but the result is a guide that sets out “seven easy steps to take control of your life from the inside out’’.

The 49-year-old mother of three says Hidden Secrets of Self Healing includes strategies based on meditation, breaking past patterns, dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, and training the brain.

Her self-published book will be launched at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club on October 27 at 7.15pm (DST).
