Resumes here and has never failed to fire first-up. Form was in and out last prep but in his seven starts, three ratings were well clear of the required mark to win this. Given his fresh form, happy to bank on him putting in a good one here.

Broadside has the ability to rise to the challenge as he did over the Randwick 2000m last start. This is his biggest test but with four wins from six career starts, he looks above average. Big chance.

Can be a bit of a tease but she finds a really suitable race here. I love the fact she missed the Sydney carnival and has been kept fresh for this and expect her to finish over the top of these.

Nice effort at first start in four months when second to the in-form Snake Charmer under these conditions last time. Should be improved by that hitout and looks well placed from her middle barrier.
