Luke rolls up for Bosanova bonanza
UNBEATEN Gold Coast filly All Over Bosanova presents a golden opportunity for jockey Luke Rolls to strike it for a cherished feature win in the Listed Mick Dittman Plate at Doomben today.
All Over Bosanova, who has won her four starts, is the $3.25 favourite for the 1050m race.
“Luke does a lot of riding for me and he knows All Over Bosanova very well,” Gold Coast trainer Mel Eggleston said.
“He rides as good as anyone and he has done a lot of work with her.”
Rolls rode All Over Bosanova in her latest three wins as she progressed from provincial class to an Eagle Farm Saturday winner over summer.
Fellow Gold Coast trainer Kelly Doughty believes Benfica Princess will be a lot fitter at Doomben today.
Benfica Princess, who won three successive races late last year, will have her second start this campaign in the Listed Princess Stakes (1600m).
The filly resumed with a fifth at the Sunshine Coast a fortnight ago.
